During her tenure with Delta Faucet, Kathy was responsible for all existing operations in North America, as well as new plant builds and start-ups in North America, as well as Asia. Accomplishments regarding workers’ compensation statistics, injury and illness trends, and program accomplishments allowed Kathy to honor her Division President with the prestigious President’s Divisional Safety Award in 2000.

Joining Total Health Advocacy Partners in 2001, based in Emeryville, California, Kathy directed the Northern California operations of clinical services, which included telephonic and on-site case management services of employer liability programs—workers’ compensation, short-term and long-term disability programs, including wellness initiatives for city and county government agencies. During her time with THAP!  Kathy was involved with the development and QA testing of THAP! Databases and case management software prior to production releases.

Prior to Business Health Solutions, PC, Kathy returned to the Indianapolis area to lead the On-Site Health Management Service Line for Community Health Network’s Occupational Health Services.
